Rammalogues
Rammalogues provide a shared experience and sense of connection through facilitated dialogue.
Through Rammalogues, IExcel:
- builds the capacity for respectful and inclusive dialogue at VCU,
- builds appreciation for difference through reflection and listening,
- models leadership skills,
- builds an overall commitment to excellence and to principles of diversity, equity and inclusion, and
- fosters braver conversations around identity.
Rammalogues focus on topics that are relevant within campus culture. Participants are invited to share their own personal experiences while also bearing witness to the experiences and perspectives of others.
