Tuesday, Nov. 7th, VCU convened a forum of faculty, students, staff, alumni and community members to discuss how to navigate these challenging problems, including how cities like Richmond should approach their Confederate monuments.
Anita Nadal, a Virginia Commonwealth University professor of Spanish, and fellow with the Division for Inclusive Excellence, teaches "Becoming Citizens: U.S. Citizenship Preparation Classes at the Virginia Historical Society" at the Virginia Historical Society.
The 2nd Annual Trans Lives Matter panel discussion will feature members of the Trans and Gender Non-Conforming communities, celebrating their lives and discussing issues that the communities face.
