This is a flash (speed networking) event that provides secondary, post-secondary, and graduate female students with the opportunity to network with relevant women professionals, academics, practitioners and senior leaders from VCU and the Richmond community, according to your preferences.
This global conversation will convene scholars, grassroots activists, educators, leaders of racial justice organizations, and representatives from business and government across the United States and internationally.
Dr. Horne is the author of more than 30 books and over 100 scholarly articles and reviews. His research addresses issues of racism in a variety of areas including labor, politics, civil rights, and international relations.
